About Us

George Brennan is a serial entrepreneur with four decades of business startup and operational experience. He is President of Telesis Communication Services, Inc. a Telecom management firm he co-founded in 1998 as well as Telesis Solutions Group which was formed in 2006, as a vital consulting resource for increasing efficiency, lowering operating costs and corporate sustainability reporting.

Previously, George owned and operated telecommunication companies specializing in professional telephone answering service bureaus for the medical and legal industries. He also operated an antennae site acquisition services firm providing leaseholds on rooftops and thoroughfares to the cellular telephone industry. George has served on the Board of Directors for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, been a board member of the International Facilities Management Association chairing the Sustainability Committee, US Green Building Council, starting and chairing The Green Technology Committee, and the business roundtable of the British American Business Institute (BABI).

George is currently on the Board of Directors of The Book Fairies, a not for profit fostering children’s literacy, a member of the Seaford Lions Club, and has been very involved in the Boys Scouts of America as a scout, scoutmaster and ardent supporter.

Tom Niewulis has 40 years in strategic planning, financial and organizational management. He has been an architect of early technology convergence since the 1980’s. Tom was an early developer of the business plan and technical architecture for the Internet business in the Independent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) environment. Tom has written a number of business and strategic plans for startups and has participated in developing private and public offering documents. As a serial entrepreneur, Tom has been involved in or director in starting several technology companies including what is now known as cloud computing and wireless video.

Tom’s company, NCDCS, Inc, is a multifaceted entity which offers Virtual COO consulting.
Tom was instrumental in helping Telesis Solutions Group develop two sustainability platforms – STEP™ (Strategic Technology and Energy Program) and OMxM™ (Ongoing Management By Measurement), which provided organizations tools for becoming more profitable while reducing their carbon and energy footprints.

He has been published internationally regarding telecommunications optical networking and digital technologies. He has presented at Internet and Telecom conferences in the US and Europe.

Tom’s educational background is in Physics, Behavioral Science and Telecommunication Management. His education in strategic planning was through the Naval Post Graduate School.
